A leading organisation based in London seeks a Global 1st and 2nd Level Helpdesk Technician. You will be working closely with regional technical support and operations systems integration. You will be required to log incidents submitted to the Global Helpdesk using Magic service desk, as well as preparing statistical reports. In order to apply for this position you must have two years experience as a technician, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read, analyse and interpret complex technical documents.
